Located 28.5 miles southeast of Cave Junction. Take U.S. Highway 199 south to O'Brien, turn east onto County Roads 5560 & 55. After 6 miles, the road becomes Forest Service Road 48. Go approximately 7 miles and turn onto Forest Service Road 4812. Go another 4 miles to Bolan Lake.
