Stay & Eat
Stay
Whatever setting you want from your beach vacation, you’ll find it in Lincoln City. Luxury hotel suites, beach-side kitchen units, cozy bed-and-breakfast accommodations, clean downtown motel rooms, camping sites and RV spaces – we have it all. Many are either oceanfront, ocean view or a short distance to the beach. Choices vary from national chain motels to the smaller, locally owned inns – all close to restaurants, shopping and other activities.
Eat
Taste buds have no reason to be bored in Lincoln City. From the finest in Northwest specialties and seafood to international fare and barbecue, local chefs create meals that are as exciting as the scenery.
Things To Do
There’s more to do than can be done in just 2 or 3 days. From indoor activities like gaming, shopping and dining to beachcombing, bird watching and festivals, plan to make your stay long enough to enjoy it all. Whether you are traveling alone, with friends, family or business associates, we have the setting to help you relax and stay busy at the same time.
On The Beach
Cuddle up next to someone special at an evening bonfire or exchange vows in front of loved ones on the beach. While you’re here, share some special moments and take home special memories.
If re-living your youth is what brought you here, we have some of the best kite flying in the region. Grab string and a kite and run down the beach to catch some wind! If getting wet is your thing, crabbing, clamming and digging for mussels gets you into the water a little. And for those bravest of souls, kayaking, windsurfing, and surfing are all popular activities.
Outdoor Activities
Fishing and boating, clamming and crabbing, hiking and biking, horseback riding, camping and kite flying – there is so much to do.
Indoor Activities
There’s plenty to do indoors in Lincoln City; that’s why we say the beach is just the beginning. On those rainy or stormy days when you’re looking for indoor activities, start with a little storm watching. If you have the right vantage point to look out over the Ocean, you can actually see the fronts come it. For the more active, you can hone your golf strokes at Chinook Winds Golf Resort’s Indoor Driving Range or the Putt N Bat or teach your children the lost art of the strike at Delake Bowl. If you’ve had a busy day and want to be entertained, sit back and see a play at Theatre West, or take in your favorite movie at the Lincoln City Cinemas 6-Plex or Bijou Theatre.
