Basic Directions
Travel US Highway 26 to Forest Road #12 – 13 miles east of Mitchell and 25 miles west of Dayville. Take Forest Road #12 5 miles south to Barnhouse Campground. Continue on FR #12 2¼ miles past the campground to Forest Road #2630. Take FR #2630 for 2 miles to the poorly marked Fry Trailhead on the north side of the road. Follow Fry Trail #816 approximately 0.3 miles to the junction with Trail 816A.
