Description

The North Umpqua River rushes through a lush high Cascade meadow. Spring arrives late in the high country and it is welcomed here with a explosion of colors. Purples, reds, yellows, greens, and white are arranged in a riotous bouquet.

Designed to accomodate equistrian use as well as standard camping

Serves as the trailhead for the North Umpqua Trail which connects with the Lucile Lake trail, Tolo Creek Trail and the Pacific Crest National Scenic trail

A full service resort operating under special use permit from the Umpqua National Forest including: Motel units and swiss chalets, restaurant, lounge, groceries,gasoline, propane, fishing licenses, boat rentals and boat ramp. There is also an RV park which includes: full hookup or electricity and water hookup only, dump station, bathrooms,showers and laundromat for guests

Located 74 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn north onto Road 60, the Windigo Pass Road. Proceed 4.5 miles and turn right onto Road 6000-958, the Kelsay Valley Road. The campground is at the. end of the road 1.5 miles.
