Basic Directions
From The Southwest Florida Regional Airport 23 miles SW. 1. Exit the airport on Chamberlin Parkway. 2. Continue on Chamberlin Pkwy for 3.3 miles. 3. As you pass under the I-75 overpass, Chamberlin Pkwy becomes Daniels Road. 4. Continue on Daniels Rd for 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Pkwy and proceed 2.9 miles. 5. Cross over US Hwy 41. Six Mile Cypress turns into Gladiolus once you have crossed over Hwy 41. 6. Take Gladiolus to Summerlin Rd and turn left. 7. Continue for 8 miles to the Sanibel Causeway, 3.00 USD bridge toll. 8. Cross over the Causeway and turn right onto Periwinkle Way. 9. The check-in office is located at 1506 Periwinkle and is on the right-hand side opposite 7-11.
