Description

One of the more popular trail systems in central Oregon, Phil's Trail was built for bikers in mind. Most of the trail is fun, fast singletrack. The first 5 miles or so are better for beginners, but there are several dozen side loops and routes for riders of any level to have a good time. The ascents and descents are gradual enough to not kill you going uphill, and to let you simply relax heading back down.

The area around Phil's Trail is an active logging area, so it is not the most scenic trail in the area, but any local knows that Phil's Trail is for racing your friends, exploring, and focusing on freeriding at some of the more manicured trails with whoop-de-doos and helipads.
