Take County road 60 south from Prairie City about 12 miles to Strawberry Campground. Take Strawberry Basin Trail #375, turn left on Slide Basin Trail #372, follow to intersection with the Skyline Trail #385, take the Skyline Trail #385 south to Slide Lake Trail #385A sign.
