Description

A unique camping experience, these beautiful mountain lakes offer a more secluded environment with no vehicular access. All of the campsights must be accessed by a path from a distant parking area. Distances to campsites range from 150 feet to 1 mile.

Basic Directions

Travel south from Jacksonville 6.5 miles on Highway 238 to Ruch and turn left on to Upper Applegate Road (County Road 859). Continue south approximately 14 miles to Applegate Lake and turn left on Forest Road 1075 and continue 8.5 miles to the parking area.
