Welch Creek Campground is located 15 miles Southeast of Dale on FS Road 10. Welch Creek Campground has long been a favorite gathering spot for family reunion camp-outs and group hunting trips. The camps open areas and easy parking access make it ideal for such events. There are 5 trailer/tent sites, and a barrier free toilet. It provides trailhead access to Desolation OHV trail system. There is no potable water There is a $5.00 fee for overnight camping
