Winom Creek Campground is the primary staging area for the southern end of the OHV complex. Winom Creek Campground was constructed in 1991 as a cooperative effort between Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), Umatilla National Forest, and Northwest Trailriders. There are 5 trailer/tent sites, 3 group sites, 2 shelters, Barrier free toilets, and an OHV loading ramp. The access road is narrow and winding and is not recommended for larger R-V's. There is no potable water. There is no fee for overnight camping.
