Trees, not hotels, frame the curves of Hwy 46 as it meanders up to Oregon Caves National Monument, so if it's a roof over your weary head you're after consider first the nearby National Historic Landmark, Oregon Caves Chateau, located at the caves themselves. Otherwise, find a clutch of rooms in Cave Junction, where Hwy 199 meets Hwy 46, and a further selection in Grants Pass, to the north.
