Description

Pearson Woods Camp is located 22 miles northeast of Ukiah on Road 5400, off of Hwy. 244. The Harris Pine Mills base camp was once located on this site. The camp had everything from a cook shack and sleeping quarters to a diesel power plant. Remnants of the camp can be seen throughout the area. Enjoy exploring, but remember to leave whatever you find for others to enjoy. This campground has 4 primitive sites and a barrier free toilet. There is no potable water. There is no charge for overnight camping.
