Description

Oregon's history is one composed of many cultural elements, from early Native American inhabitants to settlement by peoples from Asia, Europe and South America. Learn more about the railroad, early farms, pioneer life, coastal tribes and the travails of Japanese Americans imprisoned during World War II as you explore dioramas and exhibits in the museum space. A Japanese Garden is in the works - contact the musuem if you're interested in an update.
